When these terms say "Wump", "we", "us" or "our", that's who we mean. When they say "you" or "your", that's you — the person using the app.

Wump is a cash flow awareness tool. It takes the numbers you enter and helps you understand your financial position over the next 30, 60 or 90 days. Think of it as a very organised mate who's good with spreadsheets.
What Wump is NOT ⚠️
Wump is NOT a financial advisor, accountant, tax advisor, solicitor, or any kind of regulated financial service. Nothing in Wump — including Wump Chat — constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Wump Chat is an AI tool that answers questions about your own data. It is a calculator with personality, not a professional adviser. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wump. By using the app, you confirm you're old enough and that the information you enter is yours to enter.
Wump doesn't require you to create an account to use the free tier. If you purchase the full app or add-on packs, your purchase is managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
You can use Wump for your own personal cash flow management. You cannot:
The free tier includes one niche, basic cushion score, and 30-day runway view. No credit card required. No trial period. Just free.
The full Wump unlock is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. There is no renewal. You pay once and it's yours — including all add-on packs.
Individual add-on packs are available for £7.99 each for free tier users who want a specific pack without the full unlock.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies. If something's gone wrong, email us at hello@wump.ai and we'll do what we can to help.
If you change device or reinstall the app, use the "Restore purchases" option in Settings. Your purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account.
The financial data you enter into Wump belongs to you. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than making Wump work for you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
No bank connection. Wump never connects to your bank account. We never ask for bank details, sort codes, account numbers, or any banking credentials. Everything is entered manually by you. That's a feature, not a limitation.
You can reset all your data at any time in Settings → Reset everything. This permanently deletes all the data you've entered. We can't recover it after that.
Wump Chat uses AI to answer questions about the financial data you've entered into the app. It is not connected to any external financial systems, accounts, or data sources beyond what you've entered.
AI limitations ⚠️
Wump Chat can make mistakes. AI responses are generated based on patterns and the data you've provided — they are not verified by a human, an accountant, or a financial professional.
Do not rely solely on Wump Chat for tax decisions, legal questions, investment decisions, or any significant financial choice. Always verify important information with a qualified professional.
We take reasonable care to make sure Wump works as described. We're not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We'll update Wump from time to time. Updates to the paid app are free. We'll never remove a feature you've paid for without notice and a reasonable alternative.
If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll notify you in the app and give you at least 30 days notice before the changes take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
